It has a lovely ribbon draw tie to adjust the neckline where it suits best to you and shell buttons and loops as fastening. Then entire garment is constructed with French seams through out and has been distressed and pre washed for easy care and a unique, bespoke Amano by Lorena Laing signature look. 
This button back blouson also has a raglan sleeve and cuff ruffles with an elastic gather.
